December 2019 Newsletter

Where has the year gone? Time just continues to fly by. I feel like our school year just began a few weeks back and here we are in December already.

This month can be filled with a lot of hustle and bustle. Sometimes too much hustle and bustle! I tend to spend the month reviewing and finalizing our Christmas service. We will learn about our bodies this month and focus on the bible stories that surround Jesus' birth. We will try and get outside as much as we can and pray that the weather cooperates. Please send outside gear every day. I know it is a lot to pack and carry, but if the children do not have it, they are not allowed in the snow and if they don't have hats and such I am stuck with leaving them inside in the office or not being able to take the whole group out. Thank you for your cooperation on this. We will celebrate Christmas as a class on Thursday, December 19th. You may bring in the gifts for the gift exchange December 16-18. Please watch for a special opportunity to sign up to bring food for our class that day!

Having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

James 1:12
